To be as transparent as possible, I have reached out the sellers about my issue. As of this writing, they have not responded. After what seemed a long lag time before my order was shipped, the product (size) I ordered is NOT what I received, but, I am still being charged for the wrong product (size). I'm waiting for the seller to reply, so we might come to a acceptable resolution. My low ratings could change if this issue is resolved satisfactorily.
